Great spot in the heart of the city, with a beautiful view of the river. The room had all the facilities we needed, including a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. The daily housekeeping was a nice touch. The leisure facilities, including the indoor pool and hot tub, were enjoyable.

The apartment was excellent, with a very comfortable bed and all the facilities we needed. The pool was a great bonus, and the location was unbeatable, close to Southbank's wonderful restaurants and just a short walk to the city center. The pool and spa facilities were clean and attractive, and the breakfast room was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, with really good customer service. They even upgraded us to a better room when we had a sleepless night due to noise.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. It was in the heart of the city, close to everything in the CBD. I could easily walk to all the major attractions and there was convenient access to transport. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom that had a good-sized tub and great shower pressure. The staff provided excellent service, treating me like royalty. They were always polite and helpful, available 24/7. I also enjoyed the use of the pool and steam room, and the availability of bathrobes and slippers added a touch of luxury to my stay.

I wish there had been a work desk in my room, as it was included in the room rate. It would have been convenient for me to have a designated space to work.

Our room was upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment with a fine view of South bank and the city from the balcony. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, providing really good service from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and having a kitchen with cutleries was a great convenience. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of champagne delivered to us to celebrate my birthday.

the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was top, notch. the Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, and Jacuzzi were amazing, and I enjoyed the Massage treatments. the Saltwater pool was unique, and the Sun terrace was perfect for relaxing. I loved the room advantages, with exclusive facilities that were top, quality. the Restaurant was a highlight, and the In, room breakfast was delicious. the Bar/ Lounge area was excellent, and the Outdoor dining area was a great option. I appreciated the Snack bar and the Special diet menus, which catered to my needs.

The only negative aspect I found was that the private facilities were not as exclusive as I expected, but it was a minor issue compared to the overall experience of the hotel.

Luxury at its finest! This hotel recently provided me with an outstanding experience. the service was top, notch, and the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage I had received at the spa and wellness center were beyond my expectations. the room itself was spacious and well, stocked with amenities like a private balcony with an outdoor dining area.

The only downside of this hotel is the technology. Despite all the luxurious features, the Wi, Fi connection was slow.
